The installation process for UV Marble Board involves the following steps:
Ensure that the bottom surface is clean, dry, and level. Remove any dirt or debris. Use gypsum board or magnesium plate as the bottom layer. The surface should be smooth and waterproof.
Based on the decoration size and bottom line shape, mark and position the UV Marble Board.
Use double-sided adhesive bonding tape at the fixed position and press it firmly to ensure proper adhesion. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3 meters square per wall and 4.3 meters square per ceiling.
Cut the hose glue bottle mouth and leave a width of approximately 7mm. Squeeze the glue onto the tape, following the usage guidelines of 0.5 A/m2 for walls and 0.6 A/m2 for ceilings.
Strip off the double-sided adhesive tape, removing the separation paper.
Within 10 minutes of applying the adhesive glue, firmly bond the decorative plate to the fixed position. Press the tape with your hands to ensure a secure bond. Note that once bonded, the position should not be moved or re-bonded.
During the first day after installation, it is important to allow for 24 hours of maintenance for the adhesive glue to fully set.
