How to Install UV Marble Board

 

The installation process for UV Marble Board is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to achieve a flawless installation:

 

1. Prepare the Bottom Layer: Make sure the bottom surface is clean, dry, and level. Remove any dirt or debris. For the bottom layer, it is recommended to use gypsum board or magnesium plate, along with a smooth and waterproof material plate.

3. Marking and Positioning: Determine the size of the decoration and the shape of the bottom line. Mark the positions accordingly.

5. Apply Double Sided Tape: Use double-sided adhesive bonding tape at the designated positions. Apply firm pressure to ensure proper adhesion. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3 square meters for walls and 4.3 square meters for ceilings.

7. Apply Adhesive Glue: Cut the nozzle of the adhesive glue bottle, leaving an opening width of about 7mm. Squeeze the glue onto the tape. For walls, the recommended usage is approximately 0.5 A/m2, and for ceilings, it is about 0.6 A/m2.

9. Remove Double Sided Tape Cover: Carefully remove the cover of the double-sided adhesive tape, exposing the adhesive surface.

11. Bond the Decorative Plate: Within 10 minutes of applying the adhesive glue, bond the decorative plate to the designated position. Apply pressure to ensure a secure bond. Note that once bonded, the plate should not be moved or re-bonded.

13. Maintenance: Allow the adhesive glue to set for 24 hours before performing any maintenance or further handling.
