Thank you for choosing our UV Marble Board for your installation needs. Below are the step-by-step instructions to ensure a successful installation:
Before starting the installation process, make sure the bottom layer is clean and completely dry. Remove any dirt or debris. For the bottom layer, we recommend using either gypsum board or magnesium plate, along with a smooth and waterproof material plate.
Based on the size and shape of your decoration, mark and position the bottom line accordingly.
Using double-sided adhesive bonding tape, attach it to the fixed position. Apply firm pressure to ensure proper adhesion. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3/m2 for walls and 4.3/m2 for ceilings.
Cut the hose glue bottle mouth, leaving a width of about 7mm at the exit. Squeeze the glue onto the tape, following the guidelines of approximately 0.5 A/m2 for walls and 0.6 A/m2 for ceilings.
Carefully remove the adhesive tape by stripping off the separation paper.
Within 10 minutes of applying the adhesive glue, bond the decorative plate to the fixed position. Apply pressure to ensure a strong bond. Please note that once bonded, the plate should not be moved or re-bonded.
Allow the adhesive glue to cure for 1 day after installation.
