Start by confirming that the bottom layer is clean and completely dry. Remove any dirt or debris. For the bottom layer, it is recommended to use gypsum board or magnesium plate with a smooth and waterproof surface.
Based on the size of the decoration and the shape of the bottom line, mark and position the UV Marble Board accordingly.
Using double-sided adhesive bonding tape, apply it to the fixed position and press firmly to ensure a secure bond. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3/m2 for walls and 4.3/m2 for ceilings.
Cut the hose glue bottle mouth and leave a width of approximately 7mm at the exit. Squeeze the glue onto the tape, ensuring proper distribution. For walls, use approximately 0.5 A/m2 and for ceilings, use about 0.6 A/m2. Make sure to bind the tape beside the position where the adhesive glue is applied.
Remove the protective paper from the double-sided adhesive tape, exposing the sticky surface.
Within 10 minutes after applying the adhesive glue, carefully bond the decorative plate to the fixed position. Press firmly with your hands to ensure a complete bond. Please note that once bonded, the plate should not be moved or re-bonded.
During the first day after installation, allow for 24 hours of maintenance for the adhesive glue to properly set.
