How to Install UV Marble Board

 

How to Install UV Marble Board

 

Follow these steps to properly install the UV Marble Board:

 

1. Prepare the surface: Remove any dirt and debris from the bottom layer and ensure it is completely dry. Use gypsum board or magnesium plate as the bottom layer, ensuring it is smooth and waterproof.


2. Mark and position: Determine the size and shape of the decoration and mark the position accordingly.


3. Apply double-sided tape: Use double-sided tape to fix the position. Apply pressure to ensure proper adhesion. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3/m2 for walls and 4.3/m2 for ceilings.


4. Apply adhesive glue: Cut the nozzle of the glue bottle leaving a width of approximately 7mm. Squeeze the glue onto the tape. For walls, use approximately 0.5 A/m2 and for ceilings, use approximately 0.6 A/m2.


5. Remove adhesive tape: After applying the glue, remove the adhesive tape by stripping off the separation paper.


6. Bond the decorative plate: Within 10 minutes of applying the glue, bond the decorative plate to the fixed position. Press firmly to ensure full bonding. Note that once bonded, the plate should not be moved or re-bonded.


7. Maintenance: Allow the adhesive glue to set for 1 day.
