The first step is to prepare the bottom layer. Confirm that the bottom surface is clean and completely dry. Remove any dirt and debris. For the bottom layer, it is recommended to use gypsum board or magnesium plate, along with a smooth and waterproof material plate.
Next, mark and position the UV Marble Board according to the size and shape of the decoration. Ensure precise positioning.
Apply double-sided adhesive bonding tape at the fixed positions. Press firmly to ensure a strong bond. The recommended usage is approximately 3.3/m2 for walls and 4.3/m2 for ceilings.
For adhesive glue application, cut the hose glue bottle mouth, leaving an approximate width of 7mm for the glue to exit. Squeeze the glue onto the designated position. The recommended usage is approximately 0.5 A/m2 for walls and 0.6 A/m2 for ceilings. Make sure to bind the tape beside the glued position.
Remove the adhesive tape from the double-sided tape.
Within 10 minutes after bonding the decorative plate, firmly press the plate to the fixed position. Use your hands to ensure a complete bond. Note that once it is bonded, it should not be moved or re-bonded.
Maintain the adhesive glue for 1 day during the installation process.
